Standing Plant Drill
- Stand with pole at waist
- Top hand should be behind hip
- Keep both elbows at 90 degrees
- Pole tip head high
- 1st plant movement brings top hand forward
to hip
- 2nd plant movement rolls top hand up side
of body
- Emphasis on keeping top hand as close to
body as possible.
- 3rd plant movement presses top
hand straight over head.
- Elbow of bottom arm should be at
90 degrees
