Standing Plant Drill
  • Stand with pole at waist
  • Top hand should be behind hip
  • Keep both elbows at 90 degrees
  • Pole tip head high
  • 1st plant movement brings top hand forward to hip
  • 2nd plant movement rolls top hand up side of body
  • Emphasis on keeping top hand as close to body as possible.
  • 3rd plant movement presses top hand straight over head.
  • Elbow of bottom arm should be at 90 degrees
